This is not an intended archive of sorts. I can't be allrecipes.com or cookinglight.com. I never presumed to be. Nevertheless, cooking is a large part of my life and I wanted to share my discoveries. My husband and I cook almost nightly and usually healthy fare. We get our recipes from a variety of sources including Cooking Light, my High Fiber Cooking cookbook by Rosemary Moon and the Joy of Cooking. I also steal stuff from magazines: Self, Shape, Health. And sometimes we even make stuff up -- although that's a rarer event.
At any rate, I hope you enjoy.
Note: I did go vegetarian as of August, 2001. And although I will leave my "meat" dishes up for now, I am moving to a plant-based diet so my recipes will reflect that.
