Goodbye Guestbook

I'm sorry. The time came for Mr. Guestbook to go away. He served me well for many years. Then the spam villains took him over and he no longer had the will to fight. Besides, it is just as well. He can rest in peace and you can still email me or add comments to my posts over the the Health & Fitness blog.
